NEW LOCATION THIS FRIDAY! directions»

We'll be at the Somerville City Club near Sullivan Square starting this week, and for a while certainly. (i.e. there are several options we'd consider down the road if they work out, but this is our new home for now!)

We've been working feverishly with the club to do some renovations, and I'm please to say that, though they aren't completely done yet, the place looks great. Please bear with us as the job gets finished up over the next couple of weeks. The management is very glad to have us there and it looks like it will be a great relationship.

The 'City Club is easier to get to than Springstep or the Greek Church, and I'm glad to say it's only 3 blocks from the "Sullivan Square" MBTA stop as well. It also has tons of parking, a full bar, and all the amenities.

We sincerely hope to see you there!

Friday, Sept. 12: Shawn Hershey & The Fried Bananas

Plus Tony and Aurelie teaching and DJ'ing
Beginner's East Coast lesson at 7:30

"The Annex" downstairs:
Balboa/Fast Lindy with Mary Timmons and Co.
Workshop at 7:30

The new place is the Somerville City Club, at 20 Innerbelt Road, Somerville (map). It's adjacent to the Holiday Inn near Sullivan Square, directly off I-93 and 3 blocks from the Orange Line. There are also a ton of buses that come through, ample parking, an "Annex", and of course... a FULL BAR. For those that drove to the Greek Church from I-93, you probably went right past it on Washington St. In fact it's only a little over a mile away and about three miles down the highway from Springstep.
