Dear Swing City Patrons,
Fleischer and his Radio Swing Orchestra" this Saturday
This Saturday we feature "Barry Fleischer and
his Radio Swing Orchestra," a relatively new band
that rocked the house a couple of times last year. Some
of the musicians in this band are part of a musically
superb band which we used to bring in quite often, except
the music selections were just not a good fit for Swing
City's hard core swing dancers. Barry happened to have
started his own band some time ago which gigs at various
dances outside of the Boston area, and if we could give
them a try. We have high expecations again for a great
night, and they promise they will deliver! Please join
us to welcome back this exciting and talented band..
And as usual, Mike's "famous" free, fresh,
hot popcorn and cotton candy. Check it out.
Hope to see you there!

a non-beginner class with our rotation of some
of Boston's top dance instructors, yet still bring your
friends who might be more comfortable at a the intro
level. Moreover, the classes are a GREAT way to meet
people if you're new to the scene, single, or just feeling
The intro class will be single step East Coast, while
the intermediate class generally assumes you can dance
a triple step and are comfortable with a variety of
basic moves. The intermediate class is different each
week, generally Charleston. We sometimes features guest
