In this day of social media, having online reviews
are important to getting listed more prominently on
seach engines and other internet outlets. We have frightfully
few of them! If you enjoy Swing City and have a few
moments to share your opinions with the general public,

Big Band" this Saturday!
Compaq is in da house this Saturday, need we say more?!
This band is a dance sensation, hands down.
Don't forget the free Lindy Bootcamp from 6-8 (details),
which has been VERY popular, so come meet some new people,
and dance the night away.
Also, please bring friends to Swing City! It's not
only great fun for all to meet new people, but vital
to not just Swing City, but the whole swing dance scene.
The "word of mouth" approach from our regular
and occasional dancers is by far the most effective
way to get the word out.
Cover this week is $18 at the door ($4 off with current/valid
student ID)
And as usual, Mike's "famous" free, fresh,
hot popcorn.

lessons at Swing City
New to Swing Dancing or already an expert? No worries,
we've got something for everyone!
Join us for a beginner swing lesson before the dance.
Class begins at 8pm promptly, so be sure to arrive a
few minutes early. More experienced dancers aree welcome
to join in and help out. It's also a great way to meet
people.
Already got the basic steps down?. We supprt Free
Dance Studio which offers free swing lessons on Thursday
evenings in Arlington and occasionally on Saturdays
from 6-8pm at Swing City before the dance. They are
also doing a 2 hr Lindy Bootcamp once a month before
Swing City from 6-8pm.

music, dancing, lots of cool fun people of all ages,
and some great exercise. Bottom line, a great night
out for only $16-$18 ($12-$14 with college ID), and
